Down Stem w/ Holes (19mm/19mm)

The Down Stem w/ Holes (19mm/19mm) is a core replacement part every smoke shop needs in stock. Downstems are one of the most frequently broken or upgraded components on a water pipe, and this thick, clear glass version gives your customers a durable, functional replacement that fits standard 19mm joints on both ends. It's a practical, no-frills item that turns over consistently because customers need it, not just want it.

Built From Thick Glass for Durability

This downstem is made from thick glass, giving it more resistance to chips and cracks than thinner, budget alternatives. The frosted 19mm joint on top provides a secure, air-tight seal against a matching female joint, while the smooth lower shaft extends down into the water chamber. That extra glass thickness matters to repeat buyers who have gone through flimsier downstems and are looking for something that will actually last.

Holes at the Bottom for Better Diffusion

Unlike a plain open-ended stem, this downstem features holes at the bottom for airflow, which breaks up smoke into smaller bubbles as it passes through the water. That added diffusion means smoother hits and better filtration, a feature regular water pipe users specifically look for when replacing or upgrading their stem. It's an easy upsell talking point for staff on the sales floor.

Three Sizes, One Easy Reorder

This downstem is available in 2.5", 3", and 3.5" lengths (SKU DSH-1919-2.5 and related sizes), so you can stock the range that matches the water pipes your customers already own. Because sizing varies so much between rigs, offering multiple lengths side by side reduces returns and keeps customers coming back to your counter instead of a competitor's. Stock all three sizes from BDD Wholesale, with fast 48-hour turnaround and tiered wholesale pricing on larger orders, and keep this high-frequency replacement part ready whenever a customer needs one.
